They left me there for three hours while I waited on my key to be fixed. I was pretty sure all it needed was a battery, and that was indeed all it needed. the service I received was inadequate. The response to my vehicle service is a known issue with hybrid vehicles. I explained the issue to Marcus and watched as his took notes. I arrived at the dealership to find my vehicle unsecure but behind the service center. what is the point of explaining the default in the vehicle if the advisement is not taken into consideration. Thank goodness the vehicle was left alone overnight, and the issue was produced with the vehicle not starting. The issue should be a recall item. More

The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say I’ll give you a call back and never did. Very unprofessional! I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! And I’m still waiting to hear back from management More
