I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I w and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric. More

Very disappointed with the car and the entire process. Realized after bringing the car home that it didn’t have any of the options I consider necessary. When asking for an explanation of how that helps me now, the salesman didn’t respond. More
