It's also very easy to make a deal, when you have done your homework, and find that your figures almost exactly match those of the dealership. They are extremely fair in their trade-in allowances right off the bat. Just a pleasure to do business with. A special thanks goes to Uzma (our sales lady) who patiently takes us through the steps from selecting the model and equipment, to setting up the numerous personal items on delivery. This is my prefer style, places one in a relazed state. I purchased a radiant red Premium Luxury CT5 with the 6 cylinder TT with all but super cruise. Beautiful car I must say. Uzma took the time to set up my car before I left while selling another car at the same time. This is multi-tasking at its best. Side note, when I wrote my check for the downpayment I made an error (senior moment),Kelly Cadillac was very understanding and allowed me a few days to correct the issue. I would recommend Kelly Cadillac for your next car purchase, hopefully Uzma will be there to greet you. More

Had a reoccurring issue with my new CT5. Power steering issue. Not the dealers fault. Kelly did a great job in getting the issue resolved in just a few days. I received GREAT Service here and was very pleased with everything. I would also like to say that after almost 2 years of dealing with problems with this car at the place we purchased it, it was so good to everything. I would also like to say that after almost 2 years of dealing with problems with this car at the place we purchased it, it was so good to finally find someone that knew what the problem was and could fix it.
