Took my 2019 Tahoe in for inspection. The service advisor had the wrong ticket up and would have charged me $1000 for services I did not need. Luckily my husband keeps good records and he The service advisor had the wrong ticket up and would have charged me $1000 for services I did not need. Luckily my husband keeps good records and he called to speak with a supervisor, that is when it was discovered that she had the wrong ticket up. No apologies were made, I spent four hours there on my day off. Extremely frustrating. Very disappointed. More

Exceptional service advisor. Been to multiple dealers over the years. I finally found the service department for me and my vehicles. Lynn really took the time to go over everything with my vehicle when it was in for service. I have had my share of bad experiences with service writers at other dealerships. But I have to say Lynn gives me the confidence that I have found the right dealership and service department for my whole family! More

Was told car failed inspection for tie rod ends, and it may need spark plugs, plus are just over a year old. Given a price to do the repairs, about 550 for tie rods and alignment, said I would do repairs a may need spark plugs, plus are just over a year old. My daughter picked up the car and I ordered the parts, later she noticed the car had fresh stickers, Makes me wonder if the repair was a suggestion or if someone tried to do an upsale, thinking I'd say just do the repair More
