I purchased a 2022 Tuscon in June. Had a mechanical issue and it took 4 weeks to even get an appointment. The only reason for 2 stars is Nate, Service Manager who is wonderful. This is the 6th car that I have purchased from Tarbox and their name should not even be associated with Nucar. The initial purchase and subsequent issue was met with a "too bad" attitude; again, with the exception of Nate. Stuck with an expensive car payment and extremely unhappy. I also recommended the Tuscon to a friend. She purchased a 2023 for $500 less and it included the power lift gate. More

I recently visited the dealership and was met by Lynn Holston. I was interested in a car that was coded as "in transit". Lynn was very courteous and knowledgeable. I put a deposit on it and was notified Holston. I was interested in a car that was coded as "in transit". Lynn was very courteous and knowledgeable.
