Donny was great! He went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted at the price range I needed. We bought our Cruze here and came back to buy our Silverado. The Dealership was very clean, professional, and well-run. When we called and wanted to get in for a test drive, they were very accomodating even though it was very last-minute. I did feel that th well-run. When we called and wanted to get in for a test drive, they were very accomodating even though it was very last-minute. I did feel that they could have been a bit better about finding us the car we ended up with but I do understand - we were focused on a new car and the one we got was a year old. Some people want nothing to do with used and we are fine with it. They were very patient, and very accomodating once we chose the car we wanted. It was clear that the dealer has a well-seasoned team and each of them took the time to answer our questions. I feel we got a very good deal and will be happy with our car for a long time. More

Worst service i have ever had. Brakes went out on my 2014 Sierra and almost killed me and my family less than 3 weeks after i bought it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. New Car purchase. Jeff Shadrick did an excellent job of providing all the information we needed to make the purchase. Nate McMahon worked hard to put together a package of accessories that would protect our new purchase, and keep it looking good. Very patient person as we asked a lot of questions. Michael Gittins got us through the paperwork as fast as possible, but was sure we understood everything. He also presented the warrantee extensions, and found us discounts we didn't know we qualified for. This is a great team! They all tried to make this stressful experience as smooth as possible. Great folks to work with from Sales thru Parts! More

Car broken into on their lot and stripped. If you only read the first part of this review know that I am giving them one star because my car was broken into on their lot and according to their If you only read the first part of this review know that I am giving them one star because my car was broken into on their lot and according to their sales rep they have been "multiple break ins" and "its an ongoing issue". Took my car to Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville MN get fixed and while on the lot it was broken into and stripped. Jeff Belzer's sales rep said they would "take care of me" while the police were there filing a report but the next day Jeff Belzer's called and said "pick up your car and take us to court". The "smoking gun" is that I never signed their dealership agreement that, as they states removes their responsibility, nor was I offered any type of paperwork. They told me that they did not find anything on their cameras but wont let me view the video myself. Their service/sales rep told me they have had "multiple thefts on their lot" and "its not getting any better." I have asked for their legal department multiple times but they have refused to give me any information. The last person I have been speaking with Lyle Gilson. He told me that they stand by that they do not assume any responsibility. Again I was never offered any time of paperwork nor did I sign anything saying that they are not responsible for damage done to my vehicle while on their lot. A police case file has been opened on this theft. Which is funny because they asked me not to call the police, happy I did given the outcome. I would like Jeff Belzer's to take ownership that they did not make me sign any paperwork and file the insurance claim through their insurance. I understand that they cant control what others do but they did not give me the proper paperwork and therefore they still hold sole responsibility. I would like the car fixed and repaired/replaced for damages done while on their lot. I feel that the owner of this location would like to know that their employees are telling customer to "take them to court" and that they have a "string of thefts" on their lot. If they know that break ins are happening and haven't don't anything to prevent this isn't this called negligence? Again I just want the dealership to make this right and not brush it off like its not their problem. I appreciate you reading all of this. The main point is to avoid this dealership because the sales rep told me that this is an ongoing problem so you have been warned. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting this "family owner dealership". More

Best Price & Excellent Service We were looking to buy a new Kia Sorento, and every time I searched on Cars.com or AutoTrader.com, Jeff Belzer Kia had the lowest prices, and not by We were looking to buy a new Kia Sorento, and every time I searched on Cars.com or AutoTrader.com, Jeff Belzer Kia had the lowest prices, and not by a just few hundred dollars; rather, by several thousand dollars lower than the closest competitor. After making the three hour drive to the dealership (which as totally worth our time) and buying the car, we have nothing but good things to say about the price, people, and service, both before and after the sale. Marc Guerrero/Sales - I talked, texted, and emailed with Marc numerous times before the sale and he was always prompt in following up. The information he provided was accurate and straight forward and there were no surprises (hidden fees, car not on the lot, etc.) when we showed up at the dealership. Grant Weierke/Accessories - Grant gave us helpful information about accessories and appearance packages, some of which we had not known about and which proved to be useful for our specific situation. Josh Heimkes/Finance - Paperwork is never fun, but Josh helped us navigate the finance and warranty options so we could tailor them to work best for us. We didn't even need to go to our county courthouse in Iowa to pay the tax/title/license and register our new vehicle. This was all handled by Josh. Donny Abboud III/Delivery - When the purchase was complete, Donny made sure our new car was washed and detailed and that it had a full tank of gas. Then he showed us the numerous features which were different from our previous car. Most of these had to do with the infotainment system. Lyle Gillson/Service - Four days after our purchase, Lyle called to coordinate the delivery of the accessories we purchased that were not in stock at the dealership. In a few seconds, he had all the information he needed to ensure that we would receive those accessories in a timely manner. Each of the five employees we dealt with at Jeff Belzer Kia, whether in person or over the phone, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They spoke clearly and loud enough that even my bad ears could make out what they were saying. If they didn't know an answer, they worked to find the answer and get back to me. The entire experience was better than any other car purchase I have made. More
