My name is Lydia and I have been with Lundgren Honda for over 8 years and I am a Gold Master Senior Sales Representative, I sell anywhere from 30 to 50 cars on a monthly basis, the reason why I do so well is I love what I do and I also build a rapport with my customers, who come back to me to buy many more vehicles and referrals. I could not be in sales anywhere else, Lundgren Honda has been in business since 1964 and the reason we do so well here is we take care of our customers and treat them like family.

I had the most amazing experience at Lundgren Honda of Auburn. The team was nothing shy of spectacular. I had the pleasure of working with Lydia Irwin a senior sales representative at Lundgren. She was so Auburn. The team was nothing shy of spectacular. I had the pleasure of working with Lydia Irwin a senior sales representative at Lundgren. She was so efficient, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She really does her job well. I was so pleased. Thanks to Lydia I walked away with my dream vehicle. I would also like to mention Ben from the insurance department who helped me get fully insured with a much lower rate than I was paying prior. Dustin from the financial department helped me with the financial side of everything and was also so kind and helpful. My experience at Lundgren was grade A. More

For weeks I had been searching for a 2018 or newer Honda Fit with a specific combination of trim and color. Two other Boston dealerships had already failed me; one featured a car that was not truly availabl Fit with a specific combination of trim and color. Two other Boston dealerships had already failed me; one featured a car that was not truly available and the other had the wrong color listed on their site. How do they expect to get customers in the door or behind the wheel when they can't even manage the basics? I then found a car that fit my parameters - with the added bonus of unbelievably low milage - on the Lundgren website. I contacted Lydia who was instantly engaging and within minutes had walked to the car and was texting me images and answering my specific questions effortlessly. I trusted her. Because of that trust I decided right then to take the rest of the day off and drive out to see the car. This is an important fact, as its an hour drive to the dealership and I am always working. Because of Lydia's expertise I came prepared with payment and Insurance details, just in case. When we met later that day Lydia continued to answer all of my questions with ease. The car was was just as Lydia had described it, was exactly what I was looking for, so I went ahead and bought it. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Lydia is very knowledgeable, efficient, and knows her stuff. She was on top of the transaction from our first conversation to me driving off the lot a few days later. The next time I am in the market for a Honda, I am going to start with Lydia. Highly recommended. More

Thank you, Lydia !!! Lydia was excellent … we leased a 2019 Honda CRV-EX and we wanted a particular color (green) that was not available on the lot. Lydia found the car we wanted at another dealership, and when we went back to Lundgren to pick it up, we discovered that the air conditioning motor was broken and needed to be replaced. Lydia immediately provided us with a loaner vehicle, and we received our repaired car two days later. She was great ! We really love the vehicle and have been Lundgren customers for over 20 years. The only negative part of the experience this time was that we had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. to finish signing the paperwork and pick up the car, and were not seen by the finance -person until close to 3:00 p.m. Lydia kept checking back with us, but it really felt like we were being ignored, especially since we had specifically made an appointment (we were kept waiting by Dustin). Dustin was also unable to answer our questions about financing, and left us sitting in his office several times to "go ask someone." More

Watch Out! In the beginning, working with Lydia she seemed fairly pleasant. However, right after I signed the papers she was extremely rude and difficult. I had not even had my car for a month when I noticed a crack coming from the molding. It started where the windshield was black, so inspection would have missed it / and I wouldn’t have seen it. I contacted her multiple times until I received I ride short ill-mannered response…”So you took delivery of the car a month ago, and then call and demand my attention and just assume I will call you back?”.. This is coming from someone who praised that they were a family owned business. So if you buy your car and have it less than 30 days, don’t expect a response from Lydia! And yes, I assumed she would call me back.. That’s her job! More
