Had the wrong car ready for me at pick up, then made me sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for the last two hours came out and had nothing completed and it took another hour to get the paperwork filled out. Will never buy any car from them again. My first salesperson was incredible and has everything ready but wasn’t there the day I came to pick up and his team mates let him down completely More

Our salesman Himmy has been outstanding with follow up and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didn and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didnt see at time of sales due to it being dark out. I notified him with pics the next day and they were rectified. Also some of the features such as maps, navigation, front end collision weren't working and he made sure they were updated and taken care of at they're expensive. Even thou this was an inconvenience for us to bring the vehicle in a few times, he always made sure we had a loaner vehicle and we're well taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership and Himmy. More

In my 68 years, I’ve bought many cars from many dealerships, I have to say this dealership was the worst experience of my life promises were made and not delivered by the end of the day I was liter dealerships, I have to say this dealership was the worst experience of my life promises were made and not delivered by the end of the day I was literally sick to my stomach. Initially it went extremely well. Called and asked if the car was the price as shown online. It is, went in, Luke and Dominic was amazing. Everything went smoothly. Though after purchase and reviewing the papers on the flash drive, I noticed there was a 1400 extended warranty I did not want and mentioned I didn't want any extras that I do NOT need. (It's a brand new car with warranty already included.) The loan was accessible to view after a few days, and was somehow also almost 1k more than the ending cost of everything shown on my paperwork. Which I have no clue where that goes to. More

What I thought was going to be a great experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. The guy who looked at my trade in was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He spewed his disrespe out to be a complete disappointment. The guy who looked at my trade in was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He spewed his disrespectful comments not only in front of me and the entire dealership BUT also in front of my 17-year-old daughter, who is experiencing her car buying process for the first time. I was completely embarrassed and extremely disappointed. Following my purchase, I immediately called the dealership the next business day to expressed some of my concerns and ask some questions and I was immediately met with condescending discussion and aggressive pushback. My only reason for calling was to have my concerns be heard and my questions be answered. Following that conversation, I had wish I wouldn’t have traveled over an hour and a half to this dealership I would’ve just stayed in my local county, where I know I would’ve been treated with a higher level of respect and appreciation for my business. I will not purchase any more cars from this dealership ever again, nor will I recommend them. Sincerely, Most disappointed customer! More
