Overall, great experience at Hiley! Overall, pretty “low pressure” sales environment. And it took 3 trips to the “manager” before they matched it and beat the overall cost of the vehicle purchase. I was absolutely prepared and willing to walk, and let them know that. They eventually matched and got me the best deal. But for a buyer who is qualified, knowledgeable, prepared and serious - this was an unnecessary frustration and a waste of time. Car buying should not be a huge hassle or take hours of negotiation! However, everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite, informative and respectful. And the original salesman I’d been speaking with off/on for a month stayed true to his word, hustled to find the exact vehicle I wanted and delivered on his promise to get me the best deal. If you go in prepared and willing to be assertive about exactly what you want, this dealership will definitely work hard for you and with you to get you in the vehicle of your choice for a very reasonable and competitive price. And they beat the pants off of the larger dealership I had also already tried to purchase the vehicle from. The Hiley guys will hustle for you. More
