Luke was friendly and seemed thorough, but he did suggest doing additional service (front & rear differential oil change) that had just been done the previous time the car was at your dealership for service. doing additional service (front & rear differential oil change) that had just been done the previous time the car was at your dealership for service. I went into Zeigler for a warranty service job on my 2021 Tucson Sport. The fob intermittently does not work to open the vehicle and there are instances of the car not starting with the fob in the vehicle. Tucson Sport. When this happens and the car finally starts, I end up with the electronics going on without the engine starting or the engine starts on the dashboard defaults to MPG instead of MPH where I left it. The HVAC setting defaults to 73 when I NEVER run it on 73. Also the internal recirculating setting turns itself intermittently while on AC and driving. It seems like Luke wanted to get me out of there with a key fob battery change, and the issue replicated immediately the Milwaukee Public Market that night. It seems like he was more concerned with selling me on the 60,000 mile service. I want to get the car fixed before Thanksgiving or get an SUV loaner to take my wife and two greyhounds to Illinois while not missing work or taking my elderly greyhound to his specialist appointments. I hope that they help me before the warranty runs out. UPDATE: LUKE ASSISTED ME IN GETTING A WARRANTY REPAIR. IT WAS THE BATTERY TERMINAL. HOPE ALL IS WELL NOW. More
