I used to come to Honda because Tony Ramsey, the service advisor I worked with took good care of me and my car. He made sure to keep the pricing reasonable. This last time I learned Tony retired, well deser advisor I worked with took good care of me and my car. He made sure to keep the pricing reasonable. This last time I learned Tony retired, well deserved. That said the estimate for a new battery and install was more than double what Tony charged for last batter install in 2021. Prices should not go up that much. More

Our experience with Sarasota Honda was bizarre and disturbing. The only bright side was Luke. He was kind and understanding and helpful and that's where it ends. Work was done on our vehicle and I don't even know what they did. The bill shows what was done but I feel nothing different on the car. And I asked for the undercarriage of the car to be dealt with since the guard was ripped off. They didn't even remove the tape that's now still hanging down from where I had to tape it up. Was it that difficult to just take the tape off while it was up on the lift? Then, I was randomly called by someone wanting me to trade in my car for a new one. I had no intention, and still no intention of turning in my vehicle. I pile the miles on for my job and we still owe a lot on it. I had a couple of different sales reps call me and talk to me. The last one was the straw that broke the camels back. He suggested that I could get into an accident and have the car totaled so I could get rid of it or I could voluntarily surrender it. Are you kidding me? I'm not even looking to sell it! I like my car. I'm keeping it. I will NEVER come back to this store. Disgusting people you have working for you. More
