I came to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. I was very pleased at the customer service throughout my purchase experience. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle and they were very honest with the pricing. I had gone to other dealers and their online price was different than the price when I got to the dealership. They marked up the price (price gouging) due to inventory. They also kept there word when I found a few issues with the vehicle. They corrected the issues and gave me a loaner. Nothing but professionalism at Joe Rizza Ford. I would like to thank my salesman Luke Clarizio for all his help and Gary Precin for his support. I would highly recommend this dealership and go back for another vehicle purchase. More

I had a fine experience with the salesman, however there was a man Gary who came and sat in the room with me while I was alone and began talking about Chicago (where I live) and how “they keep coming into t was a man Gary who came and sat in the room with me while I was alone and began talking about Chicago (where I live) and how “they keep coming into the oakbrook mall so us whites can’t feel comfortable going there”. I understand he’s older but this was ridiculous. This was one of a few ugly comments. The salesman would come in and interject with something every few minutes. Then when we went to the finance room, Gary followed less than 2 feet behind me all the way to the room making me extremely uncomfortable (this is a wide open hallway) and then he just said something jokey to the finance guy about me and waited outside for a while even though he had zero part of this sale. Then after I spent tens of thousands of dollars at the dealership, Gary keeps offering to drive me home or get me from the train station and I keep declining harshly. Then when I got to leave he gives me a hand shake but grabs my hand hard saying “I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable I just couldn’t help myself” and winked. It was so gross, I cried the whole way home. I was the only woman in the entire building and no one stepped in on what was happening and so I didn’t feel safe to say anything. It’s the first time I bought a car and I wanted to do it on my own, and now I will never do that again. I feel incredibly disgusted thinking about the experience and would never tell anyone to go there for that reason. More
