All of them were professional, upbeat, funny, and overall honest. In this particular time in life, it is hard to feel comfortable with so many people/companies taking advantage of others. I have never felt that way with this team at this dealership. They always told me what I would need in the future to budget myself for the next repair. My 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL lasted for 208,000 same engine because of these guys and the techs as well. I no longer have the Lacrosse because she served her purpose since 2014 with my family. I usually deal with Nick, but he was out for a bit, so Luke took care of me. I came in for an oil change but also mentioned my breaks sounded odd. Luke said they will look at them.
