This is my 3rd Cadillac lease but my first experience with ED Morse Cadillac. My first contact was with Monica C. From their BDC department, she was on it with sending me a video of the Lyriq as well as with ED Morse Cadillac. My first contact was with Monica C. The day of my appointment I received a text and phone call from Chris introducing himself. When I pulled up to the dealership Chris was outside parking a vehicle and walked up to my car and asked if I was Donna. From the start of our appointment Chris was helpful in answering my questions he did not push me to make a decision right then but allowed me to take the time to discuss it with my husband. He followed up with me and answered all my questions along the way. It took me a week to move forward with my lease and I’m very happy and in love with my Lyriq. Sebastian was very patient and accommodating while I test drove a used car twice. He also let me be very picky and inspect the cosmetics of it and did all he could to make me happy. It was not a Cadillac but he helped to figure out the technology which was way above my comprehension and explained it to me very well so I was able to use it easily.
