I was pleased with the full buying experience. Brandon Latour came to me and pointed to berate me as a customer for not signing the deal. He unleashed at me all personal insults of how I visited the dealership 3x and never purchased a car and how I am customer for not signing the deal. He unleashed at me all personal insults of how I visited the dealership 3x and never purchased a car and how I am wasting Leslie’s time her financial hardship to support her child as a single mother. He accused me of starving Leslie’s kids if I don’t sign a deal. He was extremely rude in berating me of how I put my initial reaction m the OTD price and continues to ask for a lower price after that. I am a healthcare professional with doctorate degree and I deal with patients with psychiatric disorders all the time but what this Brandon Latour unleashed at me was completely not called for and made me cry. He has no human compassion at all and treats customers like trash (or at least Asian females ) and I believe he should not work in a place that deals with human customers at all. Leslie was completely sweet and helpful and I was about to sign the deal, until Brandon Latour threw personal attacks at me. He accused me to playing with Leslie, wasting her time, starving her child when HE was the one killing all her chances of making sales. I was crying and walking out when Leslie came back to me with a clean Kleenex and profusely apologized . He berated me for 5 minutes and would have continued to threaten me if it wasn’t that I told him I need to call my husband and asked him to exit. I will warn all people I know who wants to purchase a car, to not tho to your dealership simply because a completely toxic employee like Brandon Latour works there.
