I was told that financing could meet my monthly payment amount with a reasonable APR financing. We waited nearly an hour for financing to bring us back into the office and acted like it was our fault for w amount with a reasonable APR financing. We then were told that the salespeople were wrong about APR and monthly payment and my payment and lease term are much higher than anticipated. The finance department also spelled my name wrong numerous times, so the bank has my loan under the incorrect name. I spoke to the financing manager and he told me it happens all the time — which it definitely shouldn’t! More
