Service manager was dismissive and rude. They took 5 hours to complete nothing but an oil change and despite telling them what part was needed to be fixed, they said they couldn't find it an They took 5 hours to complete nothing but an oil change and despite telling them what part was needed to be fixed, they said they couldn't find it and would need to keep my car an extra day. An oil change does not take that long. I have family and friends that are mechanics and all were appalled at how what should've been a simple fix was handled. Also Noah stated mechanics could not finish the car because they had all left. This was at 5pm and service is open until 6. Horrible service. Did not care that I needed my car nor for my time. Noah was nice to start but there is only so much he could do when the mechanics are so slow and the manager tries to justify poor quality service. More

I took my car in for repairs ended up getting it back in worse condition. It still wasn’t drivable and on top of that it was flooded and they continue to transfer me and then hang up the phone. Noah, welcomed me to Kia North for my scheduled appointment. He explained the process from beginning to end, he even explained the recommendations by the Kia service team. The estimated wait time h appointment. He explained the process from beginning to end, he even explained the recommendations by the Kia service team. The estimated wait time he projected was accurate. It wasn't long of a wait. Salesman Cliff showed his hospitality by offering me a beverage and asking if I was looking to upgrade my vehicle. He wasn't pushy but let me know that if I was ever interested in an upgrade or vehicle change he would be more than happy to help me. Everyone at this location was very helpful and polite during my visit. My car service was excellent and I am avery satisfied returning customer. I look forward to returning a third time to this location to get my next vehicle maintenance done. More

Terrible communication. Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 minutes from the dealership. No one told me to leave the Rent-A-Car at the dealership, wasted money, taking two cars and wasted time somebody to help me. I no longer get my oil changed here because every time I make an appointment, They never do it. The fourth time I called before I even picked up my car and of course it was not completed. I Don’t understand why they can’t read my paperwork and understand what I need from you guys. Instead we’re playing the guessing game? I Never wanna go to this location again. I’m at the point where I want to get rid of my Kia car and go back to Hyundai! Terrible communication, terrible customer service and terrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone to come to this place. More
