I have been living in this beautiful community of The Woodlands for the last 7 years with my wife Maria and my two children (Luis and Paula), who are now in college. My Japanese grandfather, taught me about respect and honor. My parents taught me the Latin passion for customer service and the importance of personal relationships. In the US, I have learned to be professional, formal and respectful of others’ time. After 25 years working in the software industry, I now have the opportunity to work in such a great place at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands, where all the pieces match perfectly–the best luxury brand, great technology, highest safety standard cars, great service, management and finance teams, family-owned business, and beautiful installations, among others. They sold the car for more than the msrp and gave worst apr % for financing. Also , they mentioned about the unavailability of few services almost at the end of the purchase which I felt very bad. The person who did the financing work was in a hurry to finish the work and didn’t care much to explain my doubts. But the girl who gave me the car registration and purchase receipt and car keys was very polite and patient to explain the doubts. More

My first GLC was destroyed in 2 accidents. I was approached by a former MBOTW salesman about a new(er) model. I am proud to own one of the finest AMG GLC63s in the World.
