They had the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price, and my salesman Dan was very helpful. Bought a used 2022 Ford Mustang and got a fair deal, but they could not find the second key fob for the car. I was promised that the salesman would find the key or have a company come to my house. Two days they could not find the second key fob for the car. I was promised that the salesman would find the key or have a company come to my house. Two days after the sale I went back and was told it was sent to a lock and key co. so I waited two more days, No one called so I went back at 8 AM on the fifth day and was told the same as I was before. I then left and at 1:30 the 5th day I was called by the Key Co. and they were at my house within 1 hour and made my key fob. Took 2 extra visits to the dealer to get them to send the paperwork to the key co. More
