Luis was not your typical sales associate. He was a professional sales consultant who asked great questions in order to create a win/win situation. He was never pushy and when the gap was too He was a professional sales consultant who asked great questions in order to create a win/win situation. He was never pushy and when the gap was too far he thanked us for our time. He continued to follow up regularly and kept us on his radar. After 3 months of working with us he swung back around when they were offering a lot of incentives that helped us close the gap and create a win/win for all parties. I highly recommend Luis. He’s funny, down to earth, a straight shooter and will work his xxx off to ensure you get the best deal. His people skills are great, his dedication and determination far exceed most. This was by far one of the best car purchasing experiences in my 53 years!!! More
