Came in for an oil change and found out that tech did not put cap on all the way. Found this out after we drove an hour away and it began to smell. I then did not hear for them until I contacted them and got passed around from service advisor to service advisor. I had to keep calling and checking no one called me to keep me updated. I have been a costumer of lake ford for 5-7 years. This really doesn’t seem like the lake ford I know and I am really disappointed. More

Luis was the first person that ever asked me if I wanted to use my loyalty money. I totally forgot it existed. Not sure if it a regular thing, the technician did not top off my coolant.
