Luis is by far one of the best people I have dealt with as far as customer service in regards to buying a car. We traveled over two hours to purchase a vehicle that we saw online. He went through a lot of extra effort, including taking a personal video of the vehicle to send to me as well as checking out numerous specifics and details about the vehicle before I arrived. When we arrived, he was courteous, professional, and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Having had experiences with other dealers, I was awaiting the ultimate gotcha moment, but that never happened. In my opinion, we do not recognize and reward people like him or the good job that they do. I could very easily have wasted an entire day how it not been for his honesty, knowledge, and communication to let me know exactly what I was going to purchase. I feel that every person has the right to make a living wage and be paid for their work ethic. I cannot thank him and the group at the dealership enough for making my purchase actually pleasurable which is something I haven’t said about car buying quite some time. The car I purchased has been problem, free and actually had some extras that I did not even expect. They even took the time despite the fact that I arrived there two hours early to go ahead and detail the car and make sure it was roadworthy prior to my departure. Yeah, thank you guys enough and would recommend their consideration 10 out of 10 to any anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Shout out to the sales manager, and also the young lady who did the title work. They had a very professional atmosphere there that was enjoyable for myself and my family, while we waited. The young lady who helped us with the financing, even picked up a couple things to help me out to actually lower some of my expenses in regards to the title and tags. It’s nice when people go out of their way to help you save some money. More
