I couldn't be HAPPIER! I felt at peace the moment we arrived at the dealership! We were quickly greeted, but not hounded. We started looking at vehicles on our own and Guill I felt at peace the moment we arrived at the dealership! We were quickly greeted, but not hounded. We started looking at vehicles on our own and Guillermo came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly, but never showed a sign of pushyness (yes, that's a word)! He gave us the space to look at vehicles, without hovering or making us feel uncomfortable. He asked what we were looking for and I already knew what I wanted. He took us to the 2019 Sentra's, I told him I wanted one with a sunroof (I actually called it a hole in the roof..lol), he located the color I wanted with the sunroof and almost immediately I was in love! Me and my friend asked a ton of questions, but not once did he seem bothered by us, he answered everything with knowledge and patience. He gave us ice cold water and made sure we were happy at all times! During the visit, the head honcho Frank came out and introduced himself and added to our comfort level. Frank assured me that if I had absolutely any questions or issues, I could ask for him personally! I test drove the vehicle a little bit and I was pretty sure, but I wanted to go have lunch and think about it, but before we left, we met Louis and his partner in the parts department, they showed me the most awesome blinged out license plate frames! They were super helpful answering questions I had about possibly adding upgrades to the sound system. Before heading out to lunch, we talked numbers, so that I knew what I was going to be thinking about while I was making my decision, we also met a few more of the team members! I promised I'd come back either way and once I had time to think about the cost, the service, and the overall deal.. I was SOLD! I came back, I did my paperwork and RANG THE AWESOME BELL..while everyone in the showroom cheered me on (that was pretty awesome)! Once I was done, my new car was all cleaned up, my blinged out license place frames were installed and I was on my way! I had a great experience! The dealership is the perfect size, large enough to give lots of options, but cozy enough to make you feel special and not lost in the sauce..lol! I highly recommend Fontana Nissan, and definitely recommend GUILLERMO LOERA, as a dealer, he knows his stuff, but you can tell he's a customer as well, because he treated me with respect and patience! I know it's a long review, but that's only because I'm so dang happy, I have to share the awesomeness! Plus, as a customer, I'm always looking for reviews to help me make certain choices!I love my beautiful new baby! More
