Almost impossible to get an appointment for service and once you do, you will be waiting for days with no communication. I picked up my car after a week and it was not even run through the car wash. Luis was great from quickly returning my initial call to selling me the Ford I had selected via an advertisement. He made me feel at home while he worked with his management team to craft a contract that me selling me the Ford I had selected via an advertisement. He made me feel at home while he worked with his management team to craft a contract that met my needs. Detail oriented and a real concern for me as a person not just a customer. From the time of initial contact to Luis talking me to my new vehicle, it was a top notch experience. At 72, I have purchased more vehicles over time that I can remember. This purchase was fast and handled at a very high level by Luis and the support staff. First experience at Corwin Ford and it was a great one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Luis and I look forward to meeting uo with the Service and Parts departments over the next year for normal scheduled maintenance. I expect the level of serivice to match the Team I have owrked with so far. Love my Ford! More
