First, the cleanliness of the showroom is impeccable. All of the salespeople are dressed nicely and they are all very professional. I was greeted at the front desk by super friendly girls. There are even fresh flowers on the reception desk. There are fresh flowers in the ladies room too, which by the way, is immaculate. Such a nice touch that totally exemplifies the type of experience Valley Honda wants you to have when buying or leasing a new car. My salesman, Luis, was absolutely amazing. No BS!!! He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Never once did I feel pressured. He was also very patient with me when demonstrating all of the bells and whistles on my beautiful, new CR-V! After going to many other dealers, Luis gave me the best deal, and equally important, he always treated me with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me or pull one over on me like my experience with other dealerships. And I always felt like Valley Honda truly valued MY time and did their very best to get me out as quickly as possible. Everything with my lease deal went remarkably fast and seamless. I cannot say enough about Valley Honda and especially Luis! I also asked my wonderful finance person, Stephanie, how long she has worked for Valley Honda, because it was very obvious she enjoys her job! She has worked for Valley Honda for 15 years because she says they know the right way to do business and how to treat their customers, and that they are very transparent. I could not agree more. I was dreading the entire car purchase process, until I found Valley Honda. I live 45 minutes away, but the drive is well worth it. I will highly recommend Valley Honda, and especially Luis, to everyone I know, and tell them about my fantastic experience. I will never again dread buying a new car now that I have discovered Valley Honda. Thank you Luis and Valley Honda for making my experience so pleasurable, something I never thought was ever possible when buying a new car. One phrase comes to mind when I try to describe Valley Honda: "low-pressure buying experience". I was looking for a new Honda that was in short supply everywhere. The dealerships near me were adding marku Honda: "low-pressure buying experience". I was looking for a new Honda that was in short supply everywhere. The dealerships near me were adding markups and accessories that added thousands to the MSRP. Valley Honda is about 1 1/2 hours away but I was able to order a vehicle from them by phone. I worked with Luis Geataz-Morales and Jab Rahman. They quoted me a very fair price and didn't add any accessories unless I asked for them specifically. Valley Honda initially expected the vehicle to be delivered in 6 months and they kept me updated every two weeks on the status. To my happy surprise, the vehicle actually became available in 2 months. Because of the shortened timeframe, I had a small difficulty getting the funds together so quickly and when I explained it to them, they worked with me to make sure I could take delivery of the vehicle without forcing me into an uncomfortable financial position. When I visited the dealership to finalize the purchase, Luis and Jab were just as easy to work with in person as they were by email and phone. Both were knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. The car was ready and the one accessory I asked for was already installed on the vehicle. I'm very happy with Valley Honda and I can say for certain that I will check with them first the next time I'm in the market and I'll be recommending Valley to friends and family. More
