Saleswoman Jocelyn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. ( I highly recommend her) Service manager also was on top of his game and very knowledgeable. Do NOT give your credit card information to this company for deposits. They will steal your money and then lie about returning it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including calls and emails for deposits. They will steal your money and then lie about returning it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including calls and emails over the span of three months, I have received no legitimate response. When I requested proof of the deposit return, they gave me nothing more than a handwritten note. This is fraud. Someone within this company is clearly pocketing the funds. If you’re not in the process of purchasing a car, don’t expect a single callback unless they need more money from you. This dealership operates with complete disregard for customer service and trust. It’s beyond time for the authorities to investigate. This business should be shut down. More

I was quite surprised my experience with Ruote One Hyundai went very well. After a initial visit to the dealership for a looksee and test drive, I was able to get a great deal on bothe a new vehicle a Hyundai went very well. After a initial visit to the dealership for a looksee and test drive, I was able to get a great deal on bothe a new vehicle and on my trade in. I was in and out of the dealership in roughly 3 hours which included another test drive, paperwork and vehicle introduction. My entire experience went without any surprises and was quite enjoyable. All of the team members went above and beyond to make our purchase happen and leave happy. GREAT JOB guys! Two thumbs up and an ' at a boy'. More

The salesperson, Patrick I interacted with was not at all personable. It was obvious he was just going through the motions of showing and riding with me as I test drove two cars. When I told him I was inte personable. It was obvious he was just going through the motions of showing and riding with me as I test drove two cars. When I told him I was interested in leasing the second Tucson (dark blue) I test drove he coldly told me that the agreement I had over the phone with the sales manager was for the “white” Tucson, not the blue Tucson even though both cars were exactly the same with the same equipment. I told him to speak with the manager and the manager agreed to lease me the blue Tucson for the same lease price as for the white Tucson. After I drove the car home I realized the front license plate was mounted off-center. The salesman who i had dealt was not at all helpful in helping me resolve the issue. I had to speak with the sales manager who was helpful. Furthermore, the car was not prepped thoroughly. The inside windshield was dirty with smudges. It had not been cleaned. Also, there was no windshield fluid in windshield fluid tank. Furthermore, even though it was Saturday evening by the time the paperwork was done, the salesman, I could tell, was eager to go home and barely went over the operation of the cars instrumentation and plug-in electrical power component.
