My daughter also bought a new CRV a month ago and her service has been just horrible. And she has to go back in for the LoJack - something is wrong with the transponder. Never called her when the tags were in. No ever contacted her for this. She had to do all of the leg work. I don't know if I will be back to purchase another car. This one was number 6 from John Eagle over the years. More

I initially looked at & test drove the CR-V at Grapevine Honda. They undervalued my trade & tried to force add ons. Total price was $9K more. Freeman & Rusty Wallis are closer to me. They claimed they had the color I wanted but I'm sure they were referring to a Hybrid since I had checked their website. I then reached out to Rusty Wallis & the General Manager gave me his word he would try to locate the color I wanted. Sales rep reached out & tried to convince me to get a white one. I've been wanting a Blue one since 2022 but settled for Silver due to long wait. I didn't want to settle again. I asked him repeatedly if his GM was trying to locate the blue & he couldn't answer me. I called his GM & left a VM. No return call. I called John Eagle. Frank Ivens answered the phone. Answered all my questions on phone & via text. He didn't drop the ball or insult me. More
