Our salesman - AK - was absolutely fantastic. Pleasant. Kind. Considerate. Always smiling. Just an absolute joy to work with. Highly recommend you ask for him. We had done considerable research and knew the vehicle we wanted to see. A certified 2024 Sonata. Mentioned the stock number. AK got the car, even had it washed. We test drove it. Happy, we wanted to talk an out the door price. Numbers (prices + fees) clearly shown on a computer screen (no silly 4 square or paper magic). I did most of the talking, and AK listened. Spoke with his manager a couple times as we went back and forth but in about 15 minutes we had a deal. Really? This is how buying a car SHOULD BE! Louis the finance manager was awesome as well. Ran into a slight issue as we were paying cash, but he helped us make it work. Explained other extras, but no pressure. Deal done, they detailed the car and we were on our way. About 2 hours start to finish. Wow. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this dealership. Had so many horror stories in the past, but this was masterclass. Car buying 2025: right here in MN. Do NOT work with Lariah as your sales person. I've worked in customer service and sales before and could not believe her aggressive approach. As soon as I mentioned wanting to negotiate the pric I've worked in customer service and sales before and could not believe her aggressive approach. As soon as I mentioned wanting to negotiate the price on a vehicle her face and body language became angry and serious saying "there's no negotiation." When I mentioned I had a manager elsewhere willing to work with me she said it was "full of xxxx." I had to remind her to keep her profanity to a minimum because I don't handle myself in that manner and would expect she wouldn't either in her work environment. Nonetheless she had the audacity to say that I was "clearly angry" mind you I'm a very calm person and dislike being that customer who gives others a hard time but I was taken aback by her behavior and aggressive attitude. It was evident she was trying to make the sale and get me out of there and yeah I'll call her out on this rude behavior of hers. Reason I gave the place any stars at all is because of Keith the manager who apologized for her behavior and threw in some mats for me. Josh and Luis were also really great people to work with. My greatest respect to Luis, a gentleman who really knows his stuff and didn't mind explaining concepts until I fully understood them. Recap: avoid Lariah unless you want someone who is unable to keep their impulsive and rude behavior under control just to make a sale. Everyone else was really cool. More
