Customer service was great but after picking up the vehicle from getting the transmission replaced. On the way home the transmission started overheating. "Buyer Beware". This dealership sold me a used car that blew the engine head gaskets less than 3,000 miles later most likely due to a crack in the radiator. Clearly This dealership sold me a used car that blew the engine head gaskets less than 3,000 miles later most likely due to a crack in the radiator. Clearly, no engine pressure tests were done prior to the sale, even though they claim their mechanics check used cars thoroughly prior to a sale. Management basically shrugged their shoulders, could care less. I had to invest another $6000 dollars to replace the engine and radiator into an $8700 dollar car. I will never do business with Phil Long Hyundai again, nor recommend them to anyone. More
