Owner and management This place is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, they don’t keep their word and always hit you with hidden fees. Bad customer service The first time my family was buying a car we came here and discussed a vehicle. However, we chose to buy the Mazda instead. But this dealership kept c The first time my family was buying a car we came here and discussed a vehicle. However, we chose to buy the Mazda instead. But this dealership kept constantly calling even after we told them we purchased another car and were no longer in the market. About 2 years later my mother decided she wanted the Nissan Rogue so we came here. We spoke with a nice sales representative who answered all of our questions and we made a deal. Then when we came to pick up our plates they gave us the wrong ones. So we had to come back immediately because we were driving under someone else's plates. We spoke to the service staff and they first tried to blame it on us! Then they said that someone in accounting made a mistake. This just got me angry and I will not be recommending this dealership.
