We purchased a 2022 Pathafinder with extended warranty that was never provided and we several issues with paint . Mr Gallazzy sold us the warranty and told us that was never loaded in their system and off that was never provided and we several issues with paint . We had to contact NC consumer department for help . They sold us 2 warranty total paid was more that 2000us for service they was not provided More

He has a great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, and has follow up that is spot on. He is a true professional. I would happily buy another vehicle from Derek or recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. BTW, the Armada is awesome too.
