The financing piece felt a bit more like I was being "sold" options that I didn't need. By that time I was tired. It would have been better to have had those explained before the final step in the process but, other than that, it was great. More

The BMW genius, Shane, was amazing in explaining every technical aspect of the new 2025 BMW X3. Every step of purchasing a new vehicle at Gebhardt was stress free and delightful (kudos for the way they treated my dog by bringing him a water bowl and showering him with pets and praise) Overall, Gebhardt set the bar very high for other car dealerships.
