I purchased a used vehicle.
Now I understand that you take a gamble on a used vehicle. As soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and the front end shook.

I learned they cleared the codes and still sold it. The transmission and turbo are shot. Never buy a vehicle new or used from Dick Scott. Very shady people. The used car manger was very disrespectful and not helpful at all.

This is now the 2nd time you have said you want to make it right. I responded privately with my number. I would like to talk to someone. The vehicle is not drive able. Your used car manger said when they get cars in trade ins all that do is make sure the stop, start and and are overall "safe". That is all they do. He said a mechanic doesn't really look at it because your are a non Ford dealership. What? As soon as we drove the vehicle off the lot the transmission warning came on. Your used care sales manager made it clear they can't help me. I paid $7400 cash and now I have to put $4700 in repairs. Your company is not truthful to customers.

During the test drive, I noticed it hadn’t been fully detailed just spot cleaned. I brought this to my salesman’s attention, and he assured me the truck would be properly cleaned before delivery.
However, when I returned a couple of days later to pick it up, the truck was still not cleaned. There was dog hair on the seats, dirt in the door and floor compartments, and the truck bed was still dirty.
I understand it’s a used vehicle, but having worked at a dealership for five years, I know the standard of cleanliness expected when delivering a vehicle to a customer and this fell short.
Fortunately, the manager did attempt to make up for the oversight by providing a full tank of gas, which I appreciated. Still, the lack of attention to detail during delivery was disappointing.
