Dishonest and Unethical – Stay Away from Acura of Berlin I had an unbelievably frustrating and disappointing experience at Acura of Berlin. After negotiating and agreeing upon a price, I was shock Berlin I had an unbelievably frustrating and disappointing experience at Acura of Berlin. After negotiating and agreeing upon a price, I was shocked to see that the numbers on the contract had been altered before signing. They manipulated the figures to make it seem like the rebate and trade-in value were higher, which ultimately changed the agreed-upon final price. This was clearly a tactic to make the deal look better on paper while padding their own profit. The dishonesty was astounding, and when I confronted them about the discrepancies, they were dismissive and unapologetic. This kind of unethical behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to value integrity and customer satisfaction. If you value transparency and honesty, avoid Acura of Berlin at all costs. This dealership clearly prioritizes profit over ethical business practices. I regret ever stepping foot in their showroom. More

It was my first time leasing/purchasing a car so there was a lot of information I had to take in. Tom Suchojad did walk me through the financial aspect and answered any and all questions that I had. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end.
