Came in for an oil change and found out that tech did not put cap on all the way. Found this out after we drove an hour away and it began to smell. I then called the next day and they offered to pick it up a put cap on all the way. Found this out after we drove an hour away and it began to smell. I then called the next day and they offered to pick it up at work but went to my house instead. I then did not hear for them until I contacted them and got passed around from service advisor to service advisor. I had to keep calling and checking no one called me to keep me updated. I have been a costumer of lake ford for 5-7 years. This really doesn’t seem like the lake ford I know and I am really disappointed. More

Lucas is a nice service advisor better then who i delta with previously. Still lacking some communication in regards to car being serviced and never received a call on a rental. Before picking up my car a asked if the mechanic tested the car before I picked it up to make sure that the problem was resolved. Well car still makes the same noise. I guess back to the dealer I go. More

Everything was fine. But I they fixed my car twice and both times I asked for loaner cars. They informed they had none. But when I was arriving to pick my car up, there w But I they fixed my car twice and both times I asked for loaner cars. They informed they had none. But when I was arriving to pick my car up, there was a family receiving a loaner car and asked how does that happened? Rep stated they had reserved the loaner car a month ahead of time. But I was told there ever none available ever. Was never offered to reserve a loaner car. When the work that was needed was a month apart and I could have reserve. The second time my car was kept was right before Christmas and I didn’t pick up till December 14th. I didn’t appreciate the gate keeping. I have insurance, I paid out of pocket the first time, I don’t have an old car. I didn’t understand what was the circumstance of keeping me from a loaner car. I could’ve have saved money with a loaner versus using a rental car this whole time. Then I could have paid for the other work my car needed. So I didn’t appreciate that More
