BEWARE Will never trust this dealer after their service dept failed to perform all service work claimed on the work order and final invoice. It is frustrating when you can no longer be sure your oil was ch dept failed to perform all service work claimed on the work order and final invoice. It is frustrating when you can no longer be sure your oil was changed, your spark plugs replaced, your tires rotated or any other work you pay for was completed as billed when you pick up your vehicle unless you have some way to actually verify the work was completed. This appears to be a systemic problem with this dealer as one service tech explained to me that he checks for some things he can verify and sends the vehicle back to service a second time before telling the customer they are finished. This was not my first experience with thinking they had not done what they claimed, just the first time I could actually prove it as I had used a permanent marker before service. Yes, they comped me, but that hardly restores trust that any work they claim is done, was done, if I cannot verify everything myself. More

I can’t express my gratitude enough for how this whole repair experience went down. I would’ve done this sooner, but I’m still in a very difficult point right now with my husband being in the hospital wit repair experience went down. I would’ve done this sooner, but I’m still in a very difficult point right now with my husband being in the hospital with a serious illness. Lucas was very easy to communicate with, a great problem solver and a very caring and compassionate person. I had to have my truck flatbeded from the hospital parking lot to the dealership. He called me first thing in the morning to let me know that it was there and they were looking at it. In the meantime, he also set me up with a loaner from the dealership. He had the truck diagnosed and fixed within a day, but Lucas still took it for one more test drive to make sure it was good to go. Then to top it off, he arranged to have someone drive the truck back out to me at the hospital and take the loaner car back. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Chevy dealership. The icing on the cake was that this was all covered under warranty, so it didn’t cost me a dime. I will probably go out of my way to have any future service done here even though it’s not close to my home. I was only there because of being at the hospital every day. Kudos to Lucas and the team there at Heiser. You have a true gem. More
