Dishonest, add ridiculous charges on to the bill of sale such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! Recently purchased Brand New 2023 Tahoe on 9/8/2022; Truck was drive able for 1 week before it went into the shop. We were told that is was the sensor and someone else told us that it is the injector pipe that needs to be replaced. We spoken to Louis Spaeth (sales manager) and he advised us to trade the vehicle in. They wouldn't do an even trade and tried to charge us even more for the vehicle. They blotched (sales agent-Jennifer) our paperwork. All we want is for the dealership to do us right and fix the brand new vehicle with no miles and/or buy the vehicle back at no cost to us. More
