I bought a 2019 Audi Q7 from EMANUS LANSIQUOT at genesis of Naples . The experience could not of been any better. I do not recommend this dealer. The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on idle and latch in the trunk doesn’t work to lay the seat flat. I took it back to them explaining that it had to be a starter issue as the battery was fine and key fob was working. They replaced the battery two days later and told me that I was on my own. Here’s the kicker, the service report says that I reported a dead battery. The problem became even worse after that. It went from being an intermittent problem to the car not starting at all. Now the car sits in the driveway unable to start. I have a car payment due next month on a car that’s not even drivable unless I sink even more money into it. Now I wonder what else might be wrong with this car. More
