I picked up my “new” used car on 10/06/25 and drove it home without incident. When I tried to start it again that night, it wouldn’t start. Although it wouldn’t start again, the dashboard wouldn’t shut of home without incident. When I tried to start it again that night, it wouldn’t start. Although it wouldn’t start again, the dashboard wouldn’t shut off until the battery died. I’m not sure why the battery wasn’t checked prior to me picking up the car. On the plus side, everything that needed to be upgraded (i.e. weather stripping, new drivers side mat, headrest cleaned, scratches buffed out) on the car was perfect. Special mention to Christian Diaz, when I ran into the problem stated above, I called Christian. He indicated that the service center was closed for the evening and he would reach out to them and me the next morning. I heard from Christian early the next morning, as promised. Additionally, he came to my house to jump the car, so that I could bring it to be serviced, which was much appreciated. The car was brought in around 11:00a.m. for service and I haven’t heard back about the status and it is now 2:11p.m.. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this was a good purchase, even though the issues noted above occurred. Update: Liberty Honda came through with flying colors. They throughly went through my car and found that the issue was the car battery. They replaced the old battery with a new battery and the car is running great. More
