We began doing business with Subaru Lakeland in 2020. From sales (Louis) to service (Mike B. and others), the service has been exceptional! The employees who are forward facing to the public are friendly From sales (Louis) to service (Mike B. and others), the service has been exceptional! The employees who are forward facing to the public are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have seen the same friendly faces each time I am at the dealership for routine service and they are very helpful. I have not had to deal with management, but given that they have retained the same employees who are friendly and professional, I believe they are doing something right. I would highly recommend Subaru Lakeland. More
