Javier Perez is an excellent service adviser. It took a while; but since I have been assigned to Javier the stress of getting my car fixed is gone. A real breath of fresh air for me! And, just in time. I learned early on that calling the servie dept would not work. I would call the dealership, get transfered to service and ask; some times beg for the person to stay on the line until a service advisor would answer; these people are busy but so am I.
