Lou Kaiser is so easy to deal with. I leased my 2018 Rogue with him, 3 years ago , with no problems,so obviously when my lease came due this year, I automatically called him. He does not push you or try to sell you what you don't want. Lou helps you where ever he can, like setting up your insurance etc. He definitely deserves five stars. More

As someone with anxiety, I was stressed out going in to purchase my first car. I didn't know what to expect. This was such a great experience. First off, Lou came in on his day off to help me because it wo purchase my first car. I didn't know what to expect. This was such a great experience. First off, Lou came in on his day off to help me because it worked better for my schedule. He was patient and answered any question that popped into my head. I test drove the car I came in to look at and I just wasn't in love with it. Luckily, there was another jeep there that I'm convinced was made for me. He explained everything and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward with the financial portion. When I went to Connors office I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me and genuinely wanted to get me all the add ons with out adding a ton of money on the final price. I'm sending everyone I know to Lou and Connor. It was an hour drive but it was well worth it. I left with a car I love and I didn't feel like they were trying to swindle me like I've heard at other places. Thanks O'neil. More
