Bought a used car. They have too many sales people standing at the door waiting for you. It's very intimidating and rude. Once we bought the car I could not find the code to unlock the car. I was put on hold immediately after they new my question to go make a sale. Really felt like they didn't care since the sale was made. Then was told the code should be in the book that was the first place I looked. They looked it up but I had to call back to get the code. Got a plate through the dealer and had to call to get that too. Didn't get a heads up they had the plate. Will not be going back. More
