I had a great experience buying my 2016 Chevy Equinox with Lou at Bell Ford. Excellence on attending, answering questions and great pro-activity on preparing different scenarios of payments (48, 60, 72), with Lou at Bell Ford. Excellence on attending, answering questions and great pro-activity on preparing different scenarios of payments (48, 60, 72), as well as adding and removing extended warranty numbers. That was awesome. I say and checked the car, got a test drive, and got all the paper work done in less than three hours. I got the car in the same day. Unfortunately I got a small issue with the car one day later, but it was totally taken care of by Ed (Ford Bell Service Team). Car is back to my hands, working fine, no issues at all. Again, excellence in after-sales Service. I totally recommend this Dealer! More
