My name is Eric Flynn but go by Lou. I was born and raised in Marshall, MI on 250 acre farm about 4 miles outside of town, where I learned the value of family and hard work. I worked my way through college graduating from Western Michigan University. I sold vehicles for a time while in school and for about 9 months after graduating. I then went to work for EDS in various roles, supporting various clients and industries including: Oldsmobile, Buick, SPO, the Fabrication plants, JNL, State of MI, etc., I worked 29 years with EDS, GM, HP and then HP Enterprises. I've been back selling new and used vehicle for the last year and enjoying the customers and challenges. I have two wonderful and productive daughters, a great significant other (girlfriend), and two dogs. I love to read, hike, golf and boat in my spare time. I look forward to assisting and treating potential customers as I would want to be treated.

Great My husband and I worked with Lou and he was great! He was happy to help and find vehicles that we were interested in without being too pushy. We ended My husband and I worked with Lou and he was great! He was happy to help and find vehicles that we were interested in without being too pushy. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and on the way home with it, a caliper seized up and I had to have it towed back to the dealership. Lou made sure a vehicle was waiting for me to drive home and was very apologetic. The vehicle was ready for me a couple days later and I couldn’t be happier. More

Great Customer Service I met Lou at the gym, and mentioned that I am interested in getting into a new Silverado. Two days after driving the truck off the lot I had a window visor break, and my air conditioning started working part time. When I called to ask about the warranty I was told it was 15% off parts and labor. I just Hope Lou is true to his word when it comes time for an oil change. Lou did work hard to find a truck that I would buy, which is more than any other salesman I talked to did. More
