Lorraine Head

My name is Lorraine Head and I manage the Business Development Center. I’ve been employed with Capital Eurocars since early 2010. This is my first endeavor into the car industry; however what I’ve found is that skills acquired in my previous profession have allowed me to transition well into this new role. Although I am presented with several challenges daily, consistently I have found that I enjoy the “smiles” on the customer face. Whether the customer has just purchase a new vehicle or had service completed, if they are smiling as they exit, I know that we’ve honored our commitment to “The Better Way to buy”.
