Worst Mercedes Service in 28 years Dropped CLS 550 off for warranty work. Limited parking due to construction work at dealer location. No loaner made available. Returned to pick up car Dropped CLS 550 off for warranty work. Limited parking due to construction work at dealer location. No loaner made available. Returned to pick up car only to find front bumper damage. Service Manager ask me to leave car to be repaired. Received call following day only to be told no repair would be made. Service Manager Seth Kinnard threatened to impound my car if not picked up immediately. Upon picking up car and heading home, the dust cover attached to the part replaced under warranty came loose dragging behind my car on 270. Pulled over and called Crown. Spoke again with Service Manager Seth Kinnard. He told me no help would be provided and take to another dealership to get corrected and hung up. I took the car to Mercedes of Easton who corrected inferior work and replaced part. I had to pay for the part no less. Submitted part invoice to Crown. Both Owner Marc Wigler and Service Manager, Seth Kinnard who originally had stated they would pay for the part have never after 8 months reimbursed me. I had two estimates done for bumper repair. Both were within 150.00 of each other in cost. One was even the body shop Crown sends all their cars to. Both estimates were rejected and a 500.00 offer was made as long as I did not place any reviews on Social Media. Once I suggested I would seek legal counsel, CEO Marc Wigler withdrew the offer and stated Crown would use that toward there defense cost. Crown never has responded to my legal representative to explain neither their failure to pay my invoice for a part they agreed to handle, nor their liability for my damaged vehicle in their care. 8 months and still waiting. Mr Wigler why don’t u take care of this??? More
