I was at the dealership for a recall initially then added an inspection of the vehicle. I picked up my vehicle later that night due to work. As I was leaving the dealership after 7pm I noticed my airbag ligh an inspection of the vehicle. I picked up my vehicle later that night due to work. As I was leaving the dealership after 7pm I noticed my airbag light was on. I called the dealership the next day about it and was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back and according to the dealership I needed to come back anyway because they ran out of emission stickers that needed to be placed on my vehicle. I work so I can't just drive 25 mins the following day so I have to wait for a day off. Which was about 2 weeks later. So for the second time I had to drive out to the dealership and ended up with a nail in my tire. I arrived about 915am. Service team took a look but I decided not to get tires from Hyundai. So now all I need is a sticker and the airbag issue fixed. Apparently this took over 2 and a half hours of just waiting for something that should have been handled the first time. No accountability or accommodations were talked about. I expressed my frustration to the rep and she did seem to understand but I don't know. Just didn't expect to arrive at a dealership and leave close to 1pm on my day off. Unacceptable More

Check engine light on Sonata came on with less than 500 miles. Scheduled service at next available appt (Monday) whch was several day later. When we arrived at appt, service manager said O2 sensor needed miles. Scheduled service at next available appt (Monday) whch was several day later. When we arrived at appt, service manager said O2 sensor needed replacement. On board diag reported this even before we arrived. He wanted to keep car even though at least 2 days to get part. We said no and scheduled service for following Monday. So we drove the car for most of 3 weeks with Check engine light on. If Southern knew what needed to be done, why didn't they tell me the first time I called. Why didn't they have the part at the first appt? Not good for the first service appt! More

I took my car in for a diagnostic to find out why it was intermittently not starting as no other repair shop seems to be able to have figured out why I figured the dealership should be able to. I got the re intermittently not starting as no other repair shop seems to be able to have figured out why I figured the dealership should be able to. I got the report from the dealership as to what was wrong which included cabin air filter, battery needs to be replaced, oil, change, spark plugs, etc. they claimed my car needed all of these things what they did not know is that another dealership in another state had already done these things in the last few weeks, when I questioned them as to whether or not they actually looked at these items they said yes I then proceeded to show them the receipts that within the last two weeks these things had already been done on my car. No apologies, nothing just ok well your car is ready for pick up. Clearly they did not check a thing and made up things to “repair”. Needless to say I am never returning to them. More

Supposedly scheduled for oil change tire rotation and new wiper blades. when I got there told that it was my check in time. 3 1/2 hours later finally got out of the waiting room and into my car. Got home and wiper blades. when I got there told that it was my check in time. 3 1/2 hours later finally got out of the waiting room and into my car. Got home and found a recall notice from Hyundai telling me to park my car outside, away from buildings because the trailer hitch installed by the dealer could start fire. Not one mention of this at the dealership, In addition was told that if someone came in before me and wanted to add things they come first. Rating work poor since they did not inform me of recall and could have disconnected the hitch wiring to safeguard myself and the vehicle. More
