This is the worst most ghetto place I have been to. They actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another time I had a rep give me false info and treat me very rudely. There have been many times when I had an appointment for oil change and it takes 3 hours. One time I had an appointment For a vehicle problem. I go there because that is where I bought vehicle. I waited 3 hours and then they told me They did not have time and I had to come back next day. I tried to schedule an oil change there recently and had to call numerous times no answer. Transferred to a machine. When people answer they transfer you to a machine where you can’t leave a message. Or they promise to call you back and never call. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have given them so many chances to redeem themselves but always fail. I am finding another location. Do not trust this place More

They train all their employees to lie and have no care, I will never buy or purchase any vehicle from the house of liars. dont be bought in by their fakeness. More

Best Experience Hands Down I was in the market looking to trade in my vehicle in for something much more valuable and worth an investment. I was turned down from multiple dealer I was in the market looking to trade in my vehicle in for something much more valuable and worth an investment. I was turned down from multiple dealerships but Lori took me in and worked magic. She was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Kia Optima and was able to secure a down payment to cover most of the negative equity without needing the cash in my possesion. When the terms were printed on paper I disliked the payments and had walked away from the deal. Lori still went out of her way the next day to work with the management on changing the terms that would fit my financial needs. I was amazed at the level and dedication she had even after I had walked awy and given up. It was the best experience ever aND they will work hard to see your wish through. You have no idea how much my family has been through with other dealers and theor pure laziness to getting my trade's negative equity into the right car. Lori found a car with many rebates that the car was worth the exact value after I drove off the lot With my new car.
