Sleazy sales practices at this dealership. The sales manager lied to me repeatedly while we were negotiating. Ricart was running a promotion - additional $3500 above KBB fair market value on y The sales manager lied to me repeatedly while we were negotiating. Ricart was running a promotion - additional $3500 above KBB fair market value on your trade in. I had a trade in that was in excellent condition - 3 years old, low mileage, not a scratch inside or out. The salesman said the promotion means "$3500 over the value of your trade in if it was in fair condition". He said that 5 different times. It was the most creative lie I have ever heard in an auto dealership. More
